Returns within 30 Days:
If you're not delighted with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@offerezz.com .
Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Our friendly team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if needed.
Conditions for Returns:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Please include all accessories, tags, and any accompanying materials.
We do not accept returns of items that are damaged or altered in any way.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please let us know when initiating your return. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
